The inaugural 2024 Kaleidoscope Dreams Fellowship connected this group of emerging theater professionals with the creative team of Hell’s Kitchen on Broadway for hands-on experience across directing, choreography, music, design, and other production fields.

Created to open doors into an industry where access to professional experience and networks can be difficult to obtain, the Fellowship gave emerging artists the opportunity to develop their craft, learn alongside working theater professionals, and begin building relationships within the Broadway community.

The 2024 cohort helped establish what has become a growing KDF commitment to creating professional pathways for emerging artists from underrepresented communities.
